Constructing a pedestrian crossing at the Kaigo Retirement Community required a structure that balanced accessibility for seniors with minimal environmental impact on the Vernon Creek riparian zone. Rapid-Span fabricated this 22-meter structural steel pedestrian bridge, utilizing off-site prefabrication to ensure a rapid and efficient installation. This approach minimized on-site noise and disruption in the sensitive residential area.
